教友犯色戒 彈他生殖器懲戒

一名男子參加新北市一所教會，他指控10年前遭教會陳姓社團輔導員「檢查生殖器」，對方並撫摸他下體5至10秒，去年4月向台中市警局控告陳利用權勢猥褻罪。士林地檢署認為無證據證明男子遭強制猥褻，且案發9年後才報案不合常理，處分陳不起訴。

陳姓輔導員說，他們信仰的教會規定婚前不可有性行為，但被告坦承曾與女友發生性關係、買春，他在經被告同意後以「彈」生殖器的方式作為懲戒，並非猥褻。

教會一名女教友做證指出，陳與告訴人是「亞伯」與「該隱」關係，但即使是「亞伯（該教會中的指導者）」也沒有權力要求「該隱（該教會對被指導者泛稱）」做什麼；陳曾向她解釋是經過告訴人同意才彈他生殖器，希望他不要再犯。
