標題[徵求] 3/16凌晨1:15北成路與育德二路口行車紀錄

家中大二妹妹 3/16 凌晨1:15 機車沒騎很快 機車行經北成路與育德路二路口 前方白色轎車未打方向突然燈轉彎 造成妹妹閃避不及撞上 幸好今年有安明燈 她人沒事，車卻毀了，機車行估價9000多 對方委託給保險公司處理 保險公司的答覆是 附近都沒有監視錄影器 而且警察當時紀錄中 我妹說:我沒看到他打方向燈轉彎 【保險公司自行補腦】:我沒看到方向燈轉彎 打電話給妹妹說是她自己撞上去他車主，不理賠! 這部分我已經要前去警察局調資料 我也致電給車主要他讓保險公司去講清楚 因為是他沒打方向燈在先 但我也擔心會被保險公司以沒證據黑掉 想請問大家 有沒有該時段該路口的行車紀錄器當證據 不然小朋友根本被欺負 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.35.254.243 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1397454868.A.209.html
