學運後 江周五首度立院備詢

（中央社記者王靖怡台北15日電）立法院程序委員會今天決議，18日立法院院會繼續行政院長施政方針總質詢；立法院總務處長蔡衛民說，議場開院會沒問題。

反海峽兩岸服務貿易協議學生團體自3月18日起占據議場，4月10日晚間退出議場；議場遭占據前，總質詢已完成政黨質詢，進入個人質詢階段，原訂還需5天院會。

程委會召集委員吳育昇中午在會中表示，4月18日、22日繼續總質詢。

台灣團結聯盟立法院黨團總召集人賴振昌在會中表示，台聯籍立法委員周倪安在3月23日行政院驅離時遭員警打傷，到目前為止政府都還沒正式回應。黨團提議在行政院長江宜樺公開道歉前，暫緩排總質詢，只處理報告事項；不過，中國國民黨團提異議，經表決後遭否決。

至於18日繼續總質詢，議場修繕是否趕得及？總務處長蔡衛民中午受訪表示，開會絕對沒問題。

此外，媒體會後訪問國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池，如果在野黨團杯葛18日總質詢怎麼辦？林鴻池說，如果18日在野黨團占據主席台，據他統計是這屆第39次占據主席台杯葛議事，「全民會看在眼裡，能接受嗎？」1030415
