興櫃現增 10%可公開承銷

金管會業務會報昨（14）日通過「發行人募集與發行有價證券處理準則」修正案，開放興櫃公司現金增資案，可以拿10%對外公開承銷，以利興櫃公司籌資。

根據現行募發準則規定，興櫃公司除了為分散持股等因素外，現增時只能對員工及原股東募資，不能對外公開承銷，修正案開放10%可對外公開承銷，以利興櫃公司募資。

開放後，一般投資人將有機會藉由公開申購或抽籤投資興櫃股票，金管會也將採取相關配套，以保障投資人權益。
