美猶他州婦人坦承殺死六嬰裝箱

路透報導，美國猶他州39歲婦人梅根‧漢茲曼於偵訊中坦承勒斃或悶死6名嬰兒後，法官14日將保釋金定為600萬美元。

漢茲曼說她都是在嬰兒一出生即將他們勒斃或悶死，並將屍體塞進紙箱內。漢茲曼因涉嫌於10年內謀殺6嬰被捕。警方同時發現第七具嬰屍，但據信是死產。

警方表示，漢茲曼是唯一嫌犯，且偵訊時十分合作。

漢茲曼的前夫魏斯特在整理車庫時，發現其中一具嬰屍，並立刻報警。警方其後找到另外六具嬰屍，分別裹在毛巾或襯衫內，以塑膠袋包著，置於紙箱內。

警方認為這些嬰兒應該是1996年到2006年出生，魏斯特1996年因毒品罪被判刑入獄。2011年前，漢茲曼一直居住前夫家。
