【動新聞】隔壁住惡狼　女大生遭性侵

陳姓男子去年在桃園中壢租屋，去年闖入隔壁女大生房間，持剪刀抵住女大生頸部，接著強拍裸照並性侵，女大生報警抓狼，陳男落網時竟還無恥辯稱：「拿剪刀是幫她剪襯衫線頭。」

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳姓男子（29歲）去年5月在中壢市租屋，10月以網路連線有問題騙隔壁女大生開門後，持剪刀抵住女大生頸部威嚇：「妳只有被綑綁在房內、遭殺害或拍攝裸照3種選項，給妳選！」接著強拍裸照並性侵。

陳男犯後還連續2天打電話騷擾女大生，女大生忍無可忍，告知男友後報警究辦。陳男落網時坦承強拍裸照，但無恥辯稱：「拿剪刀是幫她剪襯衫線頭。」法官認為根本是狡辯之詞，昨依加重強制性交等罪判處11年2月徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
