消保處抽查8縣市只5家全符合查核

行政院消保處於今年2月，會同交通部、內政部營建署、消防署、警政署及地方政府，抽查台北市、高雄市、新北市、台中市、台南市、基隆市、桃園縣、新竹市等8個縣市20家停車場針對建管、消防、治安防護及定型化契約等項目進行查核，本次查核後發現，20家停車場只有5家全部符合查核項目。

梁明圳表示，停車場查核違規情節重大的有3家，在消防、建管等部分都有不少項目違規，像是室內消防栓設備不符合規定、警報設備不符合規定等，這3家違規的停車場分別是基隆東岸廣場地下停車場、新竹體育場地下公有路外停車場、高雄市前金立體停車場。

消保官王德明說明，這次停車場查核項目全部過關合格的只有5家，分別是台北市龍門地下停車場、台北市僑安廣場地下停車場、台北市信義國小地下停車場、高雄市自強停車場、高雄市忠孝停車場。
