日月光徵才 學士薪35K起跳

〔自由時報記者葛祐豪／高雄報導〕破除低薪傳言，日月光大舉徵才五百名工程師，開出碩士起薪四十三Ｋ，學士起薪三十五Ｋ，保障年薪十四個月的優厚條件。

日月光去年利空不斷，被市議員蕭永達等人批評為血汗工廠，尤其是K7廠毒污水事件爆發後，公司形象跌入谷底。

目前K7廠污染改善計畫經環保局有條件通過，日月光力拚今年七月能復工，迎接半導體旺季；同時大舉徵才，一掃外界對該公司低薪傳言，台大、成大、交大、清大理工碩士畢業生，起薪最少四萬三千元，大學畢業起薪最少三萬五千元，希望年輕學子留在家鄉工作。

日月光人資處長李叔霞強調，日月光工程師的起薪不比台積電差，且員工勞保平均投保薪資超過三萬六千元，非如外傳的低，仔細盤算南北物價及房價差異，日月光工程師的可支配實質所得不會低於台北、竹科工程師。

日月光前天舉行今年第一場大型假日徵才活動，除了工程師職缺，生產線管理幹部、現場操作人員也釋出兩千個職缺。
