碧潭吊橋鑽探 環團質疑

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年4月14日電）新北市政府為確保碧潭吊橋安全，擬拆除部分房舍做地質鑽探，環保團體今天質疑，鑽探計畫無法取得關鍵地質資料。

新北市都更處則表示，碧潭吊橋被指定為市定古蹟後，市府以「沒有安全，沒有都更」的原則辦理。土木技師要求補充基地內的地質鑽探資料，經過地主、相關團體、專業技師討論，決定先在古蹟保存範圍外鑽探。

台灣環境保護聯盟今天召開記者會，質疑鑽探計畫根本無法取得吊橋墩座下方關鍵地層的任何地質資料，不符「基座保護措施設計」的需求，恐降低設計安全，進而危害吊橋。

環保團體號召心疼碧潭吊橋的民眾，一同關注都更議題，避免新北市成為銅臭滿地、不聞書香的文化沙漠。

新北市都更處發出新聞稿，強調碧潭吊橋被指定為市定古蹟後，市府以「沒有安全，沒有都更」的原則辦理。土木技師要求補充基地內的地質鑽探資料，經過地主、相關團體、專業技師討論，才決定先在古蹟保存範圍外鑽探。

市府表示，環保團體質疑無法取得的地質資料，是「建築物基礎構造設計規範」中「地層改良前之補充調查」的範疇，目前只是在地質鑽探階段，未來如果要進行地質改良，會依相關規定辦理。
