王建民的大聯盟年資已滿8年，只要繼續堅持，不只有機會東山再起，也有望年領超過500萬台幣的大聯盟退休金。

昨天在3A的勝投開張，建仔的堅持毅力，總教練瑞格曼也看在眼裡。在現實的職棒環境中，建仔除了渴望重返夢想中的大聯盟舞台，也希望未來能夠給家人更穩定的保障。

建仔的大聯盟年資是8年又16天，只差1年又156天就能在大聯盟達到10年資歷，可享受最高級距的大聯盟退休金福利。

依照大聯盟退休金計畫，只要在大聯盟年資滿43天，就可在62歲之後年領3.4萬美元（約台幣102萬）；隨著年資越高，就可年領越多，最高級距即年資滿10年，未來每年可領18萬美元（約台幣540萬），等於月薪仍有45萬元。

大聯盟計算年資，172天就算1年年資，若像建仔年資8.016，即8年又16天；建仔過去在國民被列在傷兵名單時，依然持續計算年資。

建仔努力重返大聯盟舞台，而大聯盟完善的退休金制度，也成為他努力的另一動力。（記者倪婉君）
