u6大車禍了

各位前輩好

小弟最近發生車禍，最心痛的是車禍發生在牽車後的第七天

肇事的是個老伯伯，從對向四線道最外側打左轉燈後，就直接左轉。

我爸閃避不及直接撞上，車燈、引擎蓋、前葉子板、保險桿、引擎(?)全遭殃

還好我爸我媽和老伯伯都沒有受傷

雖然當初有幫新車保全險，但新車遭到重創還是很捨不得

想請問各位前輩，

1.保全險或納智捷是否有提供代步車?

2.除了完全修復之外，全險有辦法讓我們換一台新車嗎?

3.我有沒有特別需要注意的事項，

像是車禍中必須承擔的責任或我可以要求的一些賠償或權利

P.S. 新安東京海上產險當時並沒有到場處理，說是因為偏遠地區

所以只有派一台拖車過來
