越籍外勞內哄互毆 一人傷重險喪命

新竹市一家汽車零件廠外勞宿舍，發生外勞因為細故爭吵互毆，其中廿五歲的阮姓外勞下巴被砍傷後，憤而持水果刀猛刺吳姓外勞背部，經緊急送醫，目前吳姓外勞仍在加護病房救治當中。阮姓外勞案發後逃到新竹縣躲藏，最後仍被警方循線逮捕。(彭清仁報導)

新竹市一家汽車零件廠的外勞宿舍，共住有六名的越南籍外勞。其中廿八歲的吳姓外勞最資深，來台已有六年。可能因為吳姓外勞平日以大哥自居，引起其它外勞敢怒不敢言。十二日傍晚在用餐時，阮姓外勞因為餐桌太小，將吳姓外勞的鍋子放在地板上，引起吳姓外勞不滿，持鐵椅和菜刀對阮姓外勞和其它外勞猛打。混亂中阮姓外勞的下巴遭砍中一刀，眼睛也被打傷，憤而持水果刀往吳姓外勞背部猛刺，吳姓外勞當場倒地，一群人才趕緊叫計程車，將重傷倒地的吳姓外勞送醫，由於傷勢嚴重一度有生命危險，經過轉院開刀救治後，目前仍在加護病房救治當中。

警方在案發後，全力追緝在逃的阮姓外勞，最後警方循線在竹北市將阮姓外勞順利逮捕。阮姓外勞向警方坦承犯行，但強調是平常遭吳姓外勞欺負，在負傷下才憤而行凶。由於阮姓外勞去年九月才返回越南結婚，現在卻因殺人未遂案件官司纏身，不但工作不保甚至還要負擔刑責，也可能面臨遣返命運，言語間也相當後悔。
