【動新聞】新兵打架罰留營　寫遺書上吊亡

苗栗縣頭份斗煥坪新訓中心懇親會不平靜！有黑衣人拿棍棒在營區外聚眾叫囂，昨凌晨又有新兵因夥同友人毆打同僚，遭留營反省，竟在浴室上吊身亡。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，死亡的辛姓新兵（18歲）是家中獨子，前天懇親會時，2名辛男打工同事入營會客，與羅姓新兵起衝突，辛男等3人打傷羅男頭部。辛男被罰禁足在營休假，辛父也訓斥他要好好反省。凌晨另名排長到浴室洗澡，從盥洗台鏡子驚見後方有人上吊，嚇得奔回隔壁新兵寢室，才發現辛男已不在床上，折回浴室救人為時已晚。檢警昨相驗，發現辛男是以草綠色腰帶，懸掛在浴室門上方橫桿上吊輕生，辛男還在記事本上留言：「沒想到事情會鬧得這麼大，很對不起家人，感謝爸媽18年的養育之恩！

前天懇親會時，另名邱姓新兵因跟劉姓同袍口角，竟撂10多人在營門口持棍棒叫囂堵人，驚動警方到場才被勸阻離去，警方接獲辛男上吊消息時，一度誤以為與該事件有關，經陸軍六軍團少將政戰主任簡士偉澄清，才發現是另一起新兵紛爭。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
