詐欺累犯重操舊業 生日落網

高雄市31歲李姓詐欺累犯涉嫌組詐騙集團專騙大陸人民，台南市刑大偵八隊查出該集團9個多月來不法所得逾新台幣2千萬元。李嫌前晚生日落網，他直呼倒楣。

李姓主嫌擁有大學資訊工程學歷，3年前見詐騙集團賺錢快，負責轉帳、指揮車手提款，落網後仍不知悔改，去年6月起重操舊業，透過網路賭博聊天室招募7名手下，在高雄等地設機房，假扮郵政局人員，打電話到大陸上海、成都等地行騙，偽製大陸「人民檢察院傳票」等恫嚇大陸民眾，再由假公安恐嚇詐財。
