《傳產》力麗酒店大舉擴張版圖

【時報-台北電】力麒建設旗下力麗酒店，今、明兩年將大舉擴張版圖，其中，宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館BOT案下周三動工、日月潭大館預計第3季開工；日月潭三館則將在今年第2季開幕，2014年將是集團飯店事業的衝刺年，預計到2017年，力麒旗下飯店總房數將達915間房。

力麒與宜蘭縣政府合作的宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館BOT案，將在下周三（16日）正式動工，力麒表示，此BOT案由宜蘭縣政府出土地，力麒有50年的經營權，公司將斥資9.5億元打造宜蘭在地風格的五星級溫泉會館。

該公司指出，宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館為力麒建設集團旗下第1家五星級酒店，鄰近知名的景點-福山植物園，總計有97間房，將走精緻高檔路線，每房訂價1萬元起跳，其中6間為Villa房型，訂價更是從2萬元起跳，該案預計在2016年底前完工。

此外，力麒也指出日月潭大館預計今年第3季動工，總計273間房，預計2017年第3季開幕；至於日月潭三館（日潭館）共40間房，預計第2季開幕。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者方明／台北報導)
