停車繳費單夾別人車 當心別成冤大頭

高雄市的路邊停車收費最近出現新的「怪現象」，有些車主將停車繳費單夾到別人的車上，守法的車主未經仔細查看就全部拿到超商繳款，成了冤大頭，交通局停管中心呼籲車主們繳款前，仔細查看一下。

這種情形最常發生在路邊收費停車格、連續數天未移動，以致擋風玻璃前掛滿多張繳費單的汽車上，這類車主取車時通常「一把抓下」，沒有仔細逐張核對，就拿到超商繳款，渾然不知其中有幾張是別的車主「偷」塞進去的。

投訴的陳姓車主指出，他經常被公司派到外縣市和大陸出差，車子停在路邊一放就是好幾天，每次出差回來，他沒有仔細看就把擋風玻璃上的繳費單全部取下，拿到超商一次繳清。最近一次他妻子察覺「車子才停幾天，怎麼會那麼多張繳費單？」認為可疑，仔細核對才發現當了冤大頭。

警方表示，若惡意將繳費單轉嫁他人，可依刑法詐欺罪論處，切莫以身試法，因小失大。

高市交通局停車管理中心主任蘇俊欽表示，民眾發現繳費單並非自身所有，可利用07-2299836提出申訴，若有誤繳停車費情形，申訴成功可辦理全額退費。
