男子酒後與友人爭吵 落水溺斃

新竹縣湖口鄉一王姓男子與女性友人酒後，疑起爭執，揚言要撞車，卻在昨晚約9點30分，沿堤防攀下大排，民眾見狀緊急報案，沿大排搜尋約一個小時，在大排側溝發現該男子，卻已無呼吸心跳，女性友人趕抵現場看到屍體時，情緒崩潰。
