遭控逼企業捐款 陳菊：請楊秋興提證據

高雄市長參選人楊秋興出書指高雄市政府逼企業捐款，市長陳菊昨天表示，如真有此事，「請他（楊秋興）拿出證據向檢調單位告發」；她指出，市府法制局會循法律途徑處理。

楊秋興10日將發表「草根的力量─楊秋興的興利觀點」一書，書中細數成長、從政等經歷，但書中也提到，去年高雄市政府開鍘日月光環汙案，與高雄市政府逼企業不樂之捐有關，日月光停工造成企業寒蟬效應等。

楊秋興昨天表示，高雄市政府迄今募款超過新台幣10億元，企業捐1000萬、2000萬甚至1億的都有，但高雄市政府的帳目是否有公開？捐款必須透明化，有監督機制，否則不樂之捐會影響企業投資意願。

他說，日月光案也對企業造成寒蟬效應，令業者投資高雄卻步；日月光排汙去年10月1日發生，高雄市政府事隔2個月才出手祭出停工，「動機何在」？

楊秋興說，書中的批判內容可受公評，也歡迎市府提告，若陳菊敢，他願意公開辯論。

陳菊昨天在市政會議後指出，她對於任何抹黑、汙衊，都會請高市政府法制局尋求法律途徑來處理；她說，市府處事嚴謹，不容沒證據的指控。
