史上最多 音樂季開30張菸害罰單

為期4天的墾丁音樂季已經結束，屏東縣衛生局菸害稽查小組在活動期間稽查各場所。總計開出30張2000元罰單，累計共6萬元罰款，為屏東縣菸害史上開單次數最多的一次。

衛生局表示，這30筆罰單，23筆為本國籍，除了一名為屏東縣民外，其餘皆是外縣市遊客。

另7筆為外國籍，分別有大陸、香港、馬來西亞、美國、加拿大及南非遊客，衛生局說，透過現場翻譯，取締過程還算順利。

由於外籍遊客離境後罰單追討困難，衛生局特別要求現金繳納。

當場已有6名遊客配合繳交2000元罰鍰，餘香港遊客因現金不足，只能開出告發單並叮囑於離境前繳納。

衛生局表示，菸害防制法新制於4月上路，即面臨墾丁音樂季的挑戰。

不過在稽查過程中，多數民眾及遊客大都贊成禁菸，連外國遊客也都知道國家公園內不能吸菸（吸菸區除外），這次一開30張，不但創紀錄，也達到了宣導效果。
