俄呼籲國際協助烏克蘭憲政改革

俄羅斯外長拉夫洛夫7日告訴德國外長施泰因邁爾，烏克蘭需要「國際協助」，以從事憲政改革。

拉夫洛夫致電施泰因邁爾說，必須緊急將國際協助組織起來，好讓烏克蘭能盡快展開所有政治勢力與地區的全國對話，以期能就各造都能接受的憲政改革公開達成協議。
