修車廠幫試車 車拋錨有責任

去年11月劉姓男子去泰山一家修車廠，花200元更換離合器油，事後修車業者經劉男同意，將車子開往山區試車，未料回廠後引擎受損，劉男得另外花17萬7000元更換引擎。

劉男認為，業者沒盡檢查義務就亂開山路，才會導致車輛受損，向消保官提出申訴；業者反駁是劉的機油有問題才導致引擎損壞，雙方協商破裂恐對簿公堂。

劉男氣憤地說，日前因離合器油需更換，將車開往修車廠，換好油後，對方提議試車，「轉個幾個彎車子就發出怪聲，一檢查，引擎壞了。」

修車業者陳先生表示，車子出問題與換離合器油無關，是因為劉使用不好的機油，且機油不足，才會導致引擎損壞。

陳先生說，自己也有一台一樣的車子，「如果機油正常，照那天開山路，是不會有問題的。」因此不願賠償，他認為是劉的車有狀況在先，「自己車況要了解，也要負責任。」

劉男後來向市府消保官申訴，由於雙方無法達成共識，協商破裂，劉男表示將採取法律程序。

消保官周繼雄表示，修車業者是專業人員，試車時應先檢查車況，如果試車發現引擎有怪聲，還是繼續高速駕駛，導致引擎受損，業者應該賠償消費者損失。
