清明節做環保 基隆推捐錢代替紙錢

清明將至，基隆市環保局持續推廣「以功代金」活動，請民眾省下購買紙錢預算轉為愛心捐款，不只為子孫積德納福也迴向祖先。

環保局自2010年起開始宣導「以功代金」活動，去年底已超過2000人響應，總捐款金額達50多萬元。環保局表示，接受民眾捐款後，會統一整理資料，與廟方合作將功德迴向捐款人祖先。

意者可至全家便利商店Famiport點選「繳費」→「愛心捐款」→「基隆以功代金」，填妥資料後列印單據至櫃台繳費，或透過郵政劃撥，在通訊欄註明「以功代金」，存至公益團體帳戶。詳情可至環保局網站（www.klepb.gov.tw）「主題資訊」的「以功代金與紙錢集中焚燒宣導網」查詢。

若仍要燒紙錢，可至基隆市殯葬管理所索取「紙錢集中袋」，投入殯葬管理所服務中心前的「紙錢收運專用桶」，由環保局統一焚燒，減少空氣汙染。
