真是膽大包天！台北市46歲的陳姓女子，因缺錢花用，竟把腦筋動到死人身上，前年10月稱要賣母親墓地的龍柏樹，找不知情王姓園丁到場查看後，謊稱隔壁墓的龍柏也是她所有，將兩墓地共6棵龍柏，以5萬元低價賤賣王男，王男當天即交付2萬5千元訂金，但隔天上山挖龍柏時，卻遭管理員報警逮人，士林地檢署查明事件始末，今依竊盜罪將陳女起訴。
 
「夭壽啊！這會破壞風水！」管理員表示當天巡視墓園時，發現王男正在刨樹，直覺有異上前查看，才發現陳女竟冒名變賣鄰墓栽種的龍柏樹，趕緊通知墓地所有人並報警處理。
 
起訴指出，陳女原本找王姓園丁上山，宣稱要修剪母親墓地的龍柏樹，到場突然說要賣龍柏，還謊稱鄰墓主人也請她代為處置龍柏樹，當場和王男約定5萬元賤賣6棵龍柏，事後陳女坦承犯案，今被依竊盜罪起訴。（吳珮如／台北報導）
