講不聽！　北市府再罰工業住宅930萬元

北市工業住宅遲遲未改善，北市府建管處今再次開罰宣示查緝決心！市府去年起勘查內湖五期、南港區工業住宅共10案，至今只有2案完全改善，6案陸續施工，2案毫無動工跡象，今北市府針對違規建案總共開罰930萬元，建管處副總工程司邱英哲表示，若3個月後仍未改善，則採連續罰。
 
市府去年起4月、10月前往各行政區勘查列管住宅有無違規情事，其中內湖有8案違規，南港2案。昨日市府再度前往勘查，內湖區「興富發領袖」、「新潤悅峰」仍維持原狀，市府便以單層罰30萬元累計，2案分別遭罰390、330萬元。
 
內湖區「遠雄藝朗」、南港區「鼎峰」和「世界心」則因部分樓層尚未施工，再次遭罰，內湖區「合康捷境」、「維多利亞嘉醴」已回復原本使用執照審核通過的合法規劃。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
