工業汙泥倒農地　檢警再查6公司

台南市柳營區「欣瀛科技公司」上個月初遭查獲，違法傾倒7萬噸汙泥在高屏溪大樹攔河堰上游的農地。台南地檢署續查，發現該公司更委託「旭煒交通」等6家貨運公司，傾倒汙泥在嘉義縣水上鄉、雲林古坑鄉、屏東縣高樹鄉的農地，檢警昨天搜索並採樣交環保局釐清是否有毒害。
 
檢方指出，欣瀛科技涉嫌亂倒工業汙泥，檢警調根據公司帳冊，發現欣瀛不僅與高市鑫清環保公司接受中科多家廠商委託處理汙泥，更委託「元祖砂石」、「旭煒交通」、「新生汽車貨運」、「峰安企業社」、「大正砂石建材」及「峻連交通」等6家公司，派砂石車運送汙泥到偏僻農地，違法傾倒。
 
檢方昨天動員近百人搜索6家公司，發現運輸業者把未處理汙泥傾倒在嘉義縣水上鄉、雲林縣古坑鄉、屏東縣高樹鄉的農地及砂石場，總數量約1萬2000多公噸，這些汙泥全都露天堆置，接近就能聞到惡臭。
 
檢警已請環保局採樣化驗汙泥所含成分，待釐清後才能論法科罪，檢方偵訊旭煒交通負責人鄭旭輝等6人後，已經他們請回。（辛啟松／台南報導）
