產品結構 DRAM廠獲利關鍵

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年4月2日電）市調機構集邦科技表示，動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)市場轉為寡占結構，產品結構將是左右各DRAM廠未來獲利表現關鍵。

集邦科技指出，隨著DRAM市場寡占局勢成形，市場削價競爭態勢趨緩，DRAM廠與個人電腦代工廠長期合作關係漸趨重要，DRAM合約價議價逐步轉為每月一次，甚至每季一次。

集邦科技表示，第1季因市場淡季需求疲軟影響，產品價格緩跌，不過，DRAM廠仍可望維持獲利狀態。

隨著智慧手機及平板電腦高度成長，集邦科技指出，行動記憶體去年第4季已躍居市場主流，各DRAM廠產品結構調整狀況，將是左右未來獲利表現關鍵。
