陳姓現役軍人去年7月與25歲女子聚會完，邀她到旅館休息，到了旅館，陳男向女子告白遭拒，他隨即將女子壓倒在床，女子不斷喊叫，拒絕發生親密關係，陳男強行摸女胸部並性侵得逞，陳雖與被害女子以24萬元和解，屏東地方法院法官昨天判處陳男有期徒刑2年，緩刑5年。
