如此惡警！　重病還幹盡壞事

花蓮縣警察局玉里分局警員陳聰榮（45歲），遭人檢舉涉嫌協助友人代為討債、購買土地、唆使毀損車輛、吊載他人石頭及買賣涉恐嚇、毀損、竊盜、詐欺、侵占等多起刑案，花蓮縣警局獲報後已主動展開偵辦。

縣警局長艾鵬表示，今天召開考績會，針對陳聰榮違法犯紀案件審議，決議陳報內政部警政署移送公務員懲戒委員會懲戒，並予以停職處分。

陳聰榮以患有重大疾病，自去年底起申請長期病假，病假期間不知潔身自愛，好好養病，涉足不妥當場所且違反公務員服務法，在外經營藝品公司，從事商業行為，並發生上揭違法案件，經多次勸戒，卻仍我行我素，屢勸不悛。

艾鵬表示，對於員警違法行為，摒除「官官相護、大事化小」之心態，以鐵腕手段及「不枉直、不掩飾、不庇縱、不徇私」的原則，依法究辦，以端正風紀。（李光濱／花蓮報導）
