『 求助 』4S從iOS6升級7之後照片都不見了

上禮拜六把4S連上筆電想說來更新一下好了
使用iTunes更新之前有手動備份
更新後重開機準備同步
原本的APP和通訊錄都在但就是照片不見了
上網找了方法但都沒有效
平時有開起iCloud照片串流
但iCloud的照片也都消失了
之前更新都正常沒問題
我真的哭慘了有好多狗寶貝小時候的照片

更新前的備份被更新後的自動同步蓋掉了
但我有把更新前的備份MobileSync檔案夾拷貝出來
apple官網有提到「備份或回復到其他電腦上」

這個辦法可行嘛？請問要如何操作呢？
或是有其它更好的解決方法嘛？
請各位高手幫幫忙
