情急男大口吞簽單　還咬警察手指頭不放

高雄一名張姓男子今年１月下午和朋友在前鎮區一處公園內疑似聚賭，遇上警員盤查，張男情急竟一口吞下從皮包拿出來的六合彩簽單，簡姓警察見狀以左手指伸入張男嘴巴想挖出簽單，卻被張緊咬不放到流血，最後還是由其他警員幫忙壓制張男下巴，簡的手指才能抽出並取出簽單。

事後張被移送賭博及妨害公務罪，偵查時張則辯稱簽單是撿到的，他只是情急才想吞。檢察官認為，僅憑一張簽單，確實無法證明是賭客向張男簽注對賭，因此賭博部分將他處分不起訴。但咬警察手指涉嫌妨害公務，因罪證明確而起訴。

張男最後躲過僅處一千元以下罰金的賭博罪，卻另犯最重本刑為3年以下有期徒刑的妨害公務罪，因小失大，這結果恐怕是他始料未及。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
