他防守不髒！火箭後衛獲好評

休士頓火箭隊後衛比佛利(Pat Beverley)，近來「防守態度」成為各界討論焦點，雖然不少人直言批評比佛利的手腳不乾淨，但已轉任球評的前NBA球員韋伯(Chris Webber)和佛克斯(Rick Fox)卻一致給了比佛利好評。

自從去年季後賽讓雷霆衛斯布魯克(Russell Westbrook)因傷退賽後，比佛利的防守態度就不斷的遭到各界質疑，本季甚至曾有幾名球員公開指稱，「不欣賞」他的防守風格。

在12日火箭與雷霆的「激烈」對抗後，已轉任球評的韋伯和佛克斯也加入了比佛利防守話題的討論行列，「他不是個骯髒的球員！」韋伯說道，「整場比賽都帶著這樣的能量打球，是需要相當用心的，你會喜歡他的心態和關注他的小細節的。」

而佛克斯則認為，「比佛利進行比賽的方式與強度，會是你所期待自己球員該有的樣子。過去我在冠軍賽的角色跟他很像，那就是搞破壞、打出侵略性和身體碰撞，這也是我為什麼能在聯盟多打上個5、6年的原因。」
