補財政缺口 明年目標450億

為解決年度高達2700億元的財政缺口，行政院副院長毛治國今（13）日召開第一次財政健全方案小組會議，除了開源、舉債，將由下而上訂出明年節流450億元的目標。

行政院發言人孫立群會後轉述，今日會議尚未進入實質討論，但確定了方向；這也是我國史上首次由副院長召集，研擬節流計劃，下次會議將在兩周內召開；小組主要由主計總處、財政部和國發會組成。

孫立群說，每個部會都要成立節流小組，業務單位和主計人員都要共同參與，下次會議前要提報涉及修法、不修法的節流項目。

孫立群表示，希望基於零基預算精神，打破照例編列預算，要以成本效益、可行與否來編列。
