東芝內鬼 傳洩密給海力士

（中央社台北2014年3月13日電）日本讀賣新聞（Yomiuri）引述未具名消息人士指出，日本警方取得逮捕令，拘捕一名曾效力東芝半導體合作夥伴的日本技術人員。

根據彭博報導，讀賣新聞指出，這名技術人員於2008年離開東芝（Toshiba JP-6502）的半導體合作夥伴，之後轉而投效SK海力士（SK Hynix KR-000660）。這名技術人員涉嫌將東芝NAND快閃記憶體相關研究資料洩露給競爭對手南韓SK海力士。

讀賣新聞並未披露東芝半導體合作夥伴與這名技術人員的名字。這名技術人員在洩密案東窗事發後已離開SK海力士。

據報，東芝去年夏天向警方提請刑事指控。

日本警方透過電話向彭博表示，調查仍在進行當中，日本警方並非讀賣新聞相關報導的消息來源。此外，日本警方並未透露進一步明細。

SK海力士不願具名的發言人則三緘其口。東芝駐東京發言人也謝絕置評。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
