搶手機用戶 紐時推App新聞

（中央社記者江今葉紐約11日專電）「紐約時報」今天正式宣布，將推出手機專用新聞APP，內容會更精簡，用戶直接滑動手機就能瞭解最新新聞資訊。這項手機APP是紐時最新一波因應新科技時代的新行動。

紐約時報（New York Time）今天透過官網正式對外宣布這個名為NYT Now的新手機應用程式，專供希望吸收最新新聞資訊，卻又沒有時間慢慢閱讀長篇大論、大量依賴手機吸收新知的用戶。

紐時總編輯艾布蘭森（Jill Abramson）表示，已經成立一個約20人的小組，專門負責手機新聞編輯。這個APP預計在下個月正式推出，收費僅約8美元，較現在的網路與紙本便宜許多。

艾布蘭森表示，新的手機APP內容主要是新聞概要，且具備「稍後閱讀」的功能，方便用戶閱讀。網路與紙本用戶得以透過連結看到完整新聞內容。

目前紐約時報網站一天大約會有200到300篇新聞，未來手機新聞則將一次提供10到15則，同時還會提供早、晚兩次新聞簡報。1030312
