YouBike沒安全帽 北市交局：鼓勵自備

國民黨內湖、南港區市議員參選人黃子哲表示，YouBike沒有提供任何安全帽租借服務，猶如「危險駕駛」。

北市府交通局表示，騎腳踏車戴安全帽是屬於中央法令，中央正在討論。單車安全帽因衛生問題，不容易推動租借服務。目前市府是採鼓勵態度，鼓勵常騎YouBike的民眾自備安全帽。

上周五歐洲自行車聯盟來台舉行研討會，會中也有類似討論。高雄市交通局主秘張淑娟表示，北市推公共自行車，卻沒有推安全帽，是否安全？

捷安特微笑單車事業部發言人劉麗珠表示，目前世界上公共自行車系統，只有澳洲有推動安全帽。

本身是YouBike重度使用者的黃子哲，把提供安全帽列為競選首要政見。他說會到捷運市政府站旁的YouBike租賃站發起連署，尋求民眾支持。

黃子哲指出，依北市警察局交通大隊的統計，北市近3年發生3478件自行車事故，每年都上千件，且逐年攀升。

他說，雖然現行法令尚未強制民眾騎自行車必須戴安全帽，但為了民眾生命安全，政府應設法提供安全帽租借。
