舊機可免費回收 電器行沒提醒要罰

民眾買電視、洗衣機、電冰箱和冷暖氣機等4項電器用品，販賣業者應主動告知可免費回收舊機，並且提供廢四機回收聯單；環保署近日將「顯示器」列為第5項電器產品，業者違規若勸導無效，最多恐挨罰30萬元罰鍰。

環保局科長崔浩志表示，這項規定本月起生效，北市有約1669家電子電器販賣業者需遵守；業者除給予換舊機的民眾「廢四機回收聯單」，還需告知可憑聯單、統一發票到環保署網站登錄、參加抽獎。

崔浩志說，北市非連鎖式的傳統家電業者約283家，業者如果沒有給予聯單，民眾可到環保局網站檢舉，查證屬實可領取獎品一份。

本月20日、21日及4月10日、11日，環保局分別在士林區、信義區、中正區和松山區舉辦法令說明會，向販賣業者、回收處理業者說明應遵循的事項。
