高鐵民股股東觀望 暫不表態

針對高鐵減資再增資案，民股股東欣陸投控、中鋼均認為，未收到書面通知前，暫時無法回應。

另一家民股東元表示，此事必須先由高鐵董事會通過，採取確定的措施後，包括東元等企業股東才會有配合的欣陸投控發言人黃健平表示，高鐵減資再增資，應有延長特許期的相關配套，否則誰會認股？

中鋼指出，雖然交通部已有方向指示，但必須有詳細的資料才能判斷應如何進行，在高鐵董事會未討論通過減資再增資案前，不適合發表看法。

可望被選為高鐵新任董事長的台灣期貨交易所董事長范志強昨晚透過幕僚表示，他目前僅被選為台灣高鐵法人董事代表，不會對這件事做任何評論。畢竟他現在還是期交所董事長，不便回應高鐵事務。
