監委補提名王果行教授

由於監委被提名人林建山退出審查，總統府今天補提名輔仁大學營養科學系教授王果行出任第五屆監察委員，補提名名單咨文下午送立法院，咨請同意。

府方人士指出，由於食品安全攸關國人健康，這屆監委組成缺乏這個領域背景，馬英九總統決定提名王果行，希望在監委崗位上貢獻食安專業。

府方表示，王果行62歲，台灣師範大學生物系學士、美國普渡大學食品營養系博士，專攻礦物質營養、膳食療養、臨床營養。任教輔仁大學期間，持續投入食品營養相關研究，曾獲私立教育事業協會大智獎。總統府說，以他對食品營養的專業素養，相信有助監督國內食品安全問題。

除了林建山，這次提名名單中，台灣老人急重症基金會董事長蔡正河與政大外交系教授朱新明也引發爭議，總統府釐清後決定維持提名。
