古蹟車聚像辦趴 重車友惹議

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南28日電）哈雷機車車友昨晚在國定古蹟億載金城舉辦車聚活動，卻傳出有人抽菸、喝酒、嚼檳榔像「開趴」，市府得知後不排除提告。

哈雷車友昨天晚間在億載金城舉辦「2014哈雷搖滾狂熱之旅-府城啟動懷舊演唱會」，有民眾在活動結束後不久，在臉書上張貼好幾張的照片，指現場有人喝酒、抽菸配小菜，像是在一級古蹟裏面「辦趴踢」。照片中紅酒瓶、紅酒杯、啤酒罐凌亂不堪，草地上還有菸蒂。

網友留言，「來一級古蹟辦車聚就算了，竟然在裡面開起趴踢，喝酒、抽菸還配小菜，這樣不會太扯嗎？」還有網友說，把億載金城當成「辦桌」場所，這樣惡搞古蹟，明顯已違反古蹟管理辦法。

台南市政府文化局長葉澤山今天表示，主辦單位申請的活動內容是表現哈雷機車進取、品味等特色，且結合懷舊的公益性質表演，所以文化局才核准場地出借。昨晚他大約6時40分左右到場時，並未發現活動有異樣；照片中脫序的狀況可能是活動散場後，部分車友的個人行為。

葉澤山說，這種狀況已違反古蹟使用規範，若經查證屬實，將會提告向主辦單位討公道。1030928
