日擴大免稅 藥妝滿5千日圓免稅

（中央社記者唐佩君台北2014年9月16日電）到日本旅遊有好消息！10月起在免稅店買食品、化妝品5000日圓以上享免稅，但要注意離開日本才能使用產品。

日本交流協會今天發布新聞稿，根據去年12月12日決定的「執政黨稅制修正大綱」，今年10月1日起開始實施外國觀光客的消費稅免稅制度的修正案。

新制度最大的改變就是把目前不適用免稅的食品類、飲料類、藥品類、化妝品等消耗品也納入免稅項目。

日本交流協會說明，像台灣觀光客最常去的藥妝店及日本酒商店，只要到貼有「Japan tax-free shop」，當天在同一商店消費累積5000日圓以上至50萬日圓就可以退稅。

不過，日方也提醒，免稅品不能在日本境內使用，且因為免稅單會貼在護照內，出境時須將「購入記錄票的副本」遞交給海關才能把免稅物品帶出境，海關有可能會抽查是否有使用。
