美國說 俄羅斯否認造成烏克蘭不穩定 根本「荒謬」

美國駐歐洲安全與合作組織(OSCE)大使周四說，俄羅斯以極為危險且挑釁的行動，升高了烏克蘭的緊張。

「墨斯科否認造成烏克蘭不穩定，是狂妄而且荒謬，因為早已鐵證如山，」Daniel Baer大使說。

周四，烏克蘭指控俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭。

美國駐烏克蘭大使Geoffrey Pyatt在推特上說，越來越多的俄羅斯軍隊直接介入了在烏克蘭領土的戰鬥。

同時，一名北約組織軍事官員告訴美聯社，聯盟相信，現在逾1000名俄羅斯軍隊在烏克蘭境內，另有2萬名剛越過了俄羅斯邊界。

但俄羅斯駐OSCE大使Andrey Kelin說，沒有現役俄羅斯軍事人員越過了邊界。
