能源盤後－烏克蘭戰火推升國際油價 美國輕原油收95.96美元

《Reuters》報導，本週烏俄衝突顯著惡化，帶動今日國際原油期貨價格反彈；原油價格已經連續兩個月收跌。

美國最新經濟數據顯示，八月份消費者信心指數創 7 年來新高，消費者支出則減少 0.1%。

ISM 最新採購經理人指數則暴衝到 64.3，明顯優於七月份 52.6，創 1983 年七月以來最大單月漲勢，顯示美國製造業持續復甦。

根據歐盟資料顯示，俄國是歐洲地區最大的石油、燃煤、天然氣供應者。現在隨著俄軍進入烏克蘭境內支援武裝份子作戰，市場擔心經濟制裁可能擴大延伸至俄國能源產業，可能嚴重影響歐洲能源供應。

10 月美國輕原油價格上漲 1.41 美元，收在每桶 95.96 美元。

10 月布蘭特原油價格上漲 70 美分，重回每桶 103 美元之上。

儘管今日油價反彈，原油價格仍然連續兩個月收低，布蘭特原油自六月高點重挫超過 12%，因為全球能源需求不振，供過於求。現在分析師預期，如果烏克蘭局勢再度惡化，油價可望再度衝高。
