【時報-台北電】高速公路局試辦國道5號差別收費今天上路，有宜蘭群眾聚集在羅東交流道南下出口處，舉牌抗議，並在8點16分齊鳴汽車喇叭，表達不滿。

「為何宜蘭要當白老鼠？！」在場抗議群眾氣憤難平，認為高公局一意孤行，差別收費等於變相加價，不但降低遊客來宜蘭的意願，也懲罰假日返鄉的宜蘭人。（新聞來源：中時即時 簡榮輝）
