（中央社記者韋樞台北2014年8月14日電）台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率升值，中午暫收29.996元，升值6.9分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量3.97億美元。

外匯交易員指出，新台幣早盤趨升，但匯率波動不大，主要是跟著韓元兌美元匯率走，約在29.992元到30.065元間震盪。

外匯交易員說，因美國零售銷售下滑，加深外界臆測聯邦準備理事會（Fed）將不會被迫較預期提早升息，美股收紅，帶動亞幣普遍走升。

新台幣兌美元今天開盤價為30.065元，盤中最高29.992元、最低30.065元。1030814
