《國際金融》拚經濟，南韓央行宣布降息1碼

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】南韓央行周四宣布調降基準利率，為15個月以來首次採取行動。在南韓政府要求提振內需的施壓下，央行此項決議早在市場預料之中。

南韓央行宣布降息基準利率1碼（25個基點）至2.25％。央行總裁將在稍晚召開記者會說明。

南韓新上任的財政部長自上個月起陸續推出經濟激勵方案，並公開對央行施壓，希望央行放鬆政策以支持經濟成長。

因出口乏力、內需不振，南韓第二季經濟成長率創下逾1年來新低。此外，國內消費者通膨亦持續低於央行2年目標區間3.5～2.5％的下限。
