〔自由時報記者俞肇福／基隆報導〕拚招生，國立基隆高中推出高一新生一人送一台平板電腦，加入行動學習；另外，基中開設海洋科學實驗班，學生在基中就讀時可選修到海大上課，將來就讀海大時可抵減學分，學生不用付學分費，一舉兩得。

歐東華說，學校與海大在六月時簽署合作備忘錄，包含兩校將整合課程教材與師資等資源，開設「海洋科學實驗班」，預修大學課程；另外，還有發展海洋特色班級與特色課程，共同舉辦水上運動及社團發展。

歐東華說，基中學生可利用每週三下午到海大上選修課程，所有學分費由學校支出，有上過海大選修課程的基中學生，將來若就讀海大，這些選修學分都可以抵減；同學除了得到知識，還可以幫家長省學分費，一舉兩得。
