[台哥大預付卡疑問]

最近家母在反應, 手中的電話都收不到訊號, 經過我手中的台哥大的門號交差比對後,
發現是家母的門號(預付卡)問題, 今日特別到直營門市詢問, 得知目前該門號為2G,
目前 2G 基地台逐漸汰換中, 詢問2G 轉 3G 通話費有無差異, 說月租型有差, 預付卡
沒差, 所以我就同意直接升級 3G , 但在辦理過程中, 承辦人員告知, 我已經有一門 3G
預付卡, 公司規定, 預付卡 同一人的名下, 2G 只能一門, 3G 只能一門, 所以系統會卡住,
不讓人辦理, 請問版上的大大, 有何方法,

目前的辦法 1. 辦理過戶.
2. NP 到其它家電信公司.

剛去電中華電信, 客服人員回覆, 中華電信也有這樣的規定.
