上市公司高官收上億回扣　 檢警搜索約談

台北地檢署與刑事局發現某傳統產業上市公司陳姓協理勾結外人，在辦理採購案時，涉嫌收受廠商回扣，初估金額逾億，該公司主動向司法單位提告，台北地檢署檢肅黑金專組檢察官徐則賢，上午指揮刑事局，持法院核發的2張搜索票，前往該公司陳姓協理住處及辦公室執行搜索，並將陳及另1名被告約談到案，全案朝《證交法》特別背信罪方向偵辦。（呂志明、賴又嘉／台北報導）
