Line 發生問題 尋求各位幫助

由於我手賤在我的Iphone 5s上面安裝了兩個LINE(A和B)
發現兩個LINE再同一台手機上會造成系統收發訊息產生錯誤
之後我把新的LINE(B)刪除就產生問題了
問題內容是:
LINE(A)的ID變成沒有設定的狀態
LINE(A)的朋友消失了
LINE(A)以前的朋友(下載貼圖加的)我已經刪除了,卻不斷跳訊息給我

我已經填寫LINE的問題反應表,但是尚未回覆

不知道我以上此種問題各位是否有發生過
因為一時的腦殘讓我的通訊變的相當不方便
可否請各位幫忙
