【時報-台北電】行政院長江宜樺今表示，規劃實施房地合一、實價課稅草案年底出爐。全國商業總會理事長、鄉林建設董事長賴正鎰今表示，政府應打造均富的社會，不是懲罰有錢人，逼台灣資金出口，可以想見，台灣將出現資金出走潮。

賴正鎰指出，政府應該朝兩方面健全房市，包括興建只租不售的社會住宅，幫助窮人；另一方面，讓有錢人可以安心把錢投資台灣房市，長期出租收益。「如果政府再把這盆冷水（打房）澆下去，房市10到20年都不會恢復」。

賴正鎰進一步表示，這2-3周來預售屋接待中心的來客量驟減，以往一周有20-30組，現在腰斬只剩10多組，且以往10-15組會成交1組客人，現在30組都沒成交一組。並且來客通常亂砍價，「連我都不好意思說有多低」，但建商不會虧錢賣。(新聞來源：中時即時 陳宥臻)
